  • Your room will be ready from 1pm. If you plan to arrive after 6 pm, please let us know.
  • Please plan your departure so that your room is free by 11am at the latest.
  • Subject to prior notification (before 2pm), there will be a refund of € 10.00 for any evening meal not taken.
  • You can settle your hotel bill in cash, by cheque or by debit/credit card.
  • Any cancellations will be subject to the usual legal provisions. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
  • We ask for your understanding that for organisational reasons no specific room numbers or floors can be promised.
  • We are not liable for items left behind.
  • Room reservations will only be considered binding when confirmed in writing. Our offer alone is not valid as a booking confirmation!
  • When booking a double room for single occupancy, there is a surcharge of min. € 15.00 per day.
  • For overnight stays with breakfast, there will be a refund of € 10.00 per person, per day.
  • Children sharing their parents' room will qualify for a discount of between 10% and 70% - we will be happy to let you have details.
  • A third person sharing an extra bed in a double room will qualify for a discount of 5%.
  • We offer free Wifi, so please feel free to use this facility for Internet surfing to your heart's content.

Take a travel insurance

Travel insurance

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With a trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
